Observation # 1
I took my time on this observation so when I finally typed it up I would have sound reasoning behind it. my observation is that about 89.9% of the world’s population is two-faced. Now just how much two-faced is a different story with much more complicated fractions that I myself have yet to figure out, so here is why have have come to this conclusion.
Over the last several months I have been sick in one way shape or form, whether it be the muscle spasms in my back or the severe tooth pain I have been having, these are all legitimate things that are going on with me. However, certain persons that I am around seem to think that I am faking everything, and so when I mention how my back hurts or whatever, I get a rolling of the eyes as a response. I also know that as soon as I’m out of earshot that the talking will start. Now, to me talking about some one behind their back is cowardly. I try very hard not to do it,- and I’m not saying that I never have- because I know how it feels to be the one talked about and then hear it from a million different people instead of the person who originally said it. Now I agree that there are some people who you shouldn’t say anything to, like your boss, but if they don’t have the guts to confront you about a problem, how good of a boss are they? Why not stop all the high school he said, she said drama and act like adults? If you have any opinion towards me, tell me. I’m not going to scream names at you and rip your hair out. I’m just going to calmly explain what the truth is, and if the behind the back slandering continues, I’ll be forced to take action. And trust me, I won’t be talking about you behind your back. I have a little bit more courage and courtesy for that. Treat others how you wish to be treated. That’s the best advice anyone could follow.
